Placing custom orders & catering 

Thanks for choosing Oohlala Donuts! 

Place an order using the contact form on our website and provide us details of your event (i.e. wedding, birthday, corporate event). We require the following information to fulfil custom orders:

  1. Your full name
  2. Contact information 
  3. Date of the event
  4. Number of donuts (minimum 4 dozen)
  5. Flavours (in stock vs. custom)

Choose from the 35+ flavours in our current shop or reach out with your ideas. We can often accommodate custom flavours and designs that will help make your event special. Please note some seasonal flavours may not be available.

Minimum orders & advance notice

Minimum order of 4 dozen donuts are required for all pre-orders. Depending on the size of order, we require the following minimum advance notice. The cut off time to place orders for 4 dozen or less, is noon for pick-up the following day.

  • 4 dozen or less: 24 hours
  • 4-10 dozen: 48 hours
  • 10+ dozen: 72 hours

Orders will be confirmed by a team member within 24 hours. If you have not received an email after 24 hours, your order has not been placed. 

Order Pick-up

All custom and catering orders are available for pick up in store, at noon. Due to the small size of our business, we are not able to accommodate pick-ups outside of business hours.

Oohlala Donuts is grateful and humbled to operate on the ancestral, unceded territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
