Our chai donuts were developed in partnership with Chef Vikram Vij - Executive Chef & owner of the Michelin starred — Vij’s Restaurant — right here in Vancouver.

The unique chai blend frosting, dried rose petals, candied papaya and Indian vark (silver leaf) all pay homage to Vij’s traditional Indian culinary journey - one that we are now honoured to be part of!
